Effective 24 September 2026. This policy covers the Simon Says Build browser extension, published by Simon Says (simonsays.build). It explains what the extension reads in your browser, where that information goes, and what it keeps.
In one sentence: the extension talks only to simonsays.build, reads only what it needs to know which meeting you are in and whether you are signed in, and sends nothing you did not ask it to send.
Nothing leaves your browser except requests to simonsays.build: the meeting you are in (so SSB can join it when you invite it), your sign-in (so the panel works), and the notes and pictures you choose to send. The extension sends nothing to any other party, embeds no analytics, and sells nothing.
Your console sign-in and the list of your own sites, in the extension's private storage in this browser. Removing the extension removes them. Signing out of the console clears the sign-in.
It does not record, transcribe or listen to calls (SSB joins a meeting as a participant when you invite it, through simonsays.build, and that is governed by the Simon Says terms you agreed to there). It does not read your browsing history, your other tabs, or any site you have not explicitly allowed. It does not use your data for advertising, sell it, or share it with anyone but Simon Says. It is not directed at children under 13 and collects no information from them.
If this policy changes, the new version is published at this address with a new effective date, and the extension's listing on the Chrome Web Store links here.
